Farooq Abdullah, Omar to self-isolate as contact’s contact turns COVID-19 positive

Srinagar: National Conference president Farooq Abdullah and his son Omar Abdullah on Tuesday announced that will be self-isolating as they have come into contact with some person who was staying with a COVID-19 positive relative.

Omar took to Twitter to announce the decision.

“My father and I have been in contact with a person who was in turn staying with a relative who tested COVID positive,” Omar said. “Based on medical advice, we will be self-isolating for a week before getting a precautionary COVID test.”
